Justicia investiga a 300 personas por posible pederastia Internet
La Justicia italiana comunicó este martes a trescientas personas, incluidos estudiantes y funcionarios, en todo el país que son investigadas por su presunta vinculación a una red de pederastia a través de internet.
La fórmula empleada por la Justicia es la del llamado "aviso de garantía", que consiste en informar a las personas que son investigadas, con el fin de que puedan adoptar las medidas jurídicas adecuadas para defenderse y sin que ello implique posteriormente una acusación formal.
